Many British Columbians, including Premier Horgan, are rightfully concerned about the federal government’s decision to reverse a temporary measure which BC Ferries had put in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. On September 30, passengers will no longer be allowed to shelter in their vehicles on enclosed car decks. Please see my letter to Minister Garneau on the matter.
