Do you support Conservative Bill C-262 which would cut interprovincial trade barriers and amend federal rules to allow Canada Post to pick up and deliver beer, wine and spirits directly to Canadians across provincial borders? Let me know here!

Say goodbye to the Snowbirds…

June 1, 2026

One of Canada’s most iconic symbols of national identity is the Snowbirds. For more than 50 years this elite team of pilots have showcased our country’s military excellence, inspired young Canadians, and represented the very best of our country abroad.

Like many, Stephanie was saddened to learn last month that the Carney Liberals have cancelled all future shows and confirmed that 2026 would be the last season the Snowbirds will fly. Conservatives believe this is a devasting blow to national pride and military recruitment; especially when Canada needs it most.

Liberals have had a decade to properly plan for the replacement of these iconic jets and, as Stephanie’s colleague Fraser Tolmie asked, – “Why would you spend $30 million on upgrading the jets and then say it’s not feasible?”  Instead of ensuring the Snowbirds have the equipment they need, as they so often do, the Liberals dragged their feet, refused to take responsibility and are leaving Canadians to pay the price.

The final Snowbirds’ 2026 season began May 24 and is scheduled to end Oct 11. You can find the exact flying times and locations here.
