Parenting a Teen in the Pandemic

Mental Health matters! This is why Stephanie has invited Chantal Côté of Pyramid Psychology to join her for a special Q&A geared towards parents of teenagers.

The pandemic has been an exceptionally challenging time for this age group. During a Facebook Live event on May 17th, Chantal will answer parents’ questions and provide strategies and advice to help their teen build a “bulletproof mindset”.
